Ayaneo Kun Dpad how to perfect repair

When using Ayaneo Kun products, situations often arise where the Dpad becomes fixed after being pressed and does not pop out. Refer to: https://project-ap.blogspot.com/2024/05/ayaneo-kun-dpad-repair-kit.html

If you contact to ayaneo company, you will receive repair tools and parts (rubber pieces), but it is not a complete solution.

I thought about this problem, came up with a few solutions, and eventually solved the problem perfectly.

The cause of this problem is a design defect. The problem occurs when the board is too closely attached to the Dpad part.

The solution is very simple. When assembling a PC, you need to insert something like a paper washer or a rubber washer used for the screws into the gaps when fixing the motherboard to the case.

I tested the Dpad by continuously using Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara's warrior skills for 5 minutes.

ayaneo 사에 신청하면 수리 도구와 부품(고무 조각) 을 받지만 완벽한 해결책이 아닙니다.

이 문제에 대해 생각을 해보고 몇가지 대처 방법을 만들었고, 결국 완벽하게 .해당 문제를 해결했습니다.

해당 문제가 생기는 원인은 설계 결함입니다, 기판이 Dpad 부분과 너무 밀착이 되어 생기는 문제입니다.

해결 방법은 매우 간단합니다, PC 조립할때 메인보드를 케이스에 고정할때 사용하는 종이 와셔나 고무 와셔 등 틈 사이에 넣어줄게 필요합니다.

Dpad 테스트를 5분동안 던전 앤 드래곤즈 2 의 전사 스킬을 연속 사용 해보았습니다. 

I solved this problem by attaching a washer (very thin double-sided tape) to the red circle.

In my case, I did it like this. Be sure to adjust the position so that the washer interferes between the board and the screw. This may not fix if it doesn't affect the PCB, or if you tighten the screws too much.

제가 사용한 와셔 입니다, PCB와 나사 사이에 확실하게 간섭하게끔 해야 합니다. 대충 올려만 놓으면 아무런 영향이 없습니다(나사가 매우 작기 때문에). 와셔가 나사와 딱 맞지 않는 경우, 한쪽을 걸치도록 해서 영향을 주게끔 해야 합니다. 나사를 너무 강하게 조여도 효과가 없을 수 있습니다.

If the PCB is not level, the Dpad may occasionally press on only one side.

PCB 보드의 수평이 맞지 않으면 전보다는 훨씬 개선 되겠지만, 간혹 한 부분만 눌림이 여전히 발생할 수 있습니다.

Before combining case, you must test the Dpad, TouchPad to see if the height of your case has increased due to the washer. There seems to be a lot of variation from device to device.

기기마다 편차가 심한 것으로 판단 됩니다, 꼭 결합 전 Dpad, Touchpad 테스트를 하신 후 조립 완료 하시기 바랍니다, 여전히 문제가 있다면 와셔를 더 추가해서 공간을 벌려줘야 합니다.

빨간 원 부분에 와셔를 붙여서(양면테입 얇은것) 해결하였습니다.

알리에서 종이, 고무 와셔로 찾으면 나옵니다.

너무 나사를 조여서 와셔로 벌린 틈이 부족하면 같은 현상이 생길수 있으니 종이 와셔로 실패했다면, 고무 와셔를 고려해보세요. (저는 고무 조각을 잘라 종이 와셔와 비슷한 모양과 두께로 해결)

If the washer method doesn't work, you can attach another rubber piece on top of the rubber plate of the Dpad so that the final position when you click is higher than before and the Dpad doesn't get stuck. However, I'm not sure if this will work on all devices.

위 방법으로 해결이 안된다거나 불편하다면, 직접 Dpad 의 고무판 위에 다른 고무를 붙여 클릭시 최종 위치가 기존보다 높아져 Dpad 가 끼임이 발생하지 않게 하는 방법이 있습니다만 모든 기기에서 잘 될지는 모르겠습니다.

However, this method is not recommended because it changes the feel of the Dpad button.
