ROG Flow Z13 (2022) Simple Review

몇 개월 전 Asus 사의 노트북을 또 다시 구매하였습니다. 마지막으로 Asus 제품을 구매했을 때는 영 좋지 않은 서비스로 인해 신뢰도를 잃어버렸지만 Asus처럼 실험적인 제품을 내놓는 곳도 드물기 때문에 선택하게 되었습니다. 제품 자체의 퀄리티는 괜찮았지만 A/S 대응 이 너무 좋지 않았습니다만 국내에서 노트북에 대해 좋은 서비스를 기대하려면 삼성과LG뿐입니다.

해당 제품은 태블릿 외형으로 제작되었지만 전체 시스템 사양은 대단하다고 볼 수 있습니다.

I bought Asus laptop a few months ago. But few years ago I bought Asus laptop and I lost credibility by poor service, but I chose it because there are few places that offer experimental products like Asus. The quality of the product itself was good(but they still have leck of the quaity check) It is very bad to rely on luck to buy such an expensive product. Asus needs to improve on this.

하지만 이 기형적인 사양은 많은 것들을 희생하게 만들었습니다.

1. 짧은 배터리 시간

2. 너무 뜨거워 사용 도중 만질 수 없는 본체.

3. 사양에 비해 너무 단촐한 포트 구성.

4. Asus 의 불빛 효과를 위해 후면에 괴상한 부품을 장착해서 사용과 이동에 매우 불편을 주며 제품 가격 상승에 일조.

5. 항상 그렇듯 Asus 의 완벽하지 않은 소프트웨어 지원.

6. 전용 충전기만 100W충전, 그 외에는 65W 충전으로 제한됩니다.

7. 많은 고장 이이기, 특히 태블릿 스탠드나 암을 사용하며 패드를 물려서 고정시키는 방식이 태블릿을 뒤틀리게 만든다는 이야기가 있습니다. Asus Korea 에 문의해보았는데 그냥 태블릿 암을 사용하지 말라고 합니다. 태블릿 맞습니까...? 내구도가 심히 의심이...

현재까지도 수많은 버그와 잦은 고장, 수준 낮은 QC로 인해 구매자들이 매우 고통과 불안속에서 사용하고 있습니다. 특히 액정과 본체의 결합은 단단하게 되어 있지 않아서 이부분을 만지면 소리가 나기도 합니다. 스마트폰처럼 본드로 붙어있는게 아닌 단순 결착이 되어 있습니다. 개인이 분해하기 어렵습니다.

그럼에도 불구하고 이것을 사용하게 만드는 점은 태블릿 중에서 유일한 고사양 이며 고사양 gpu 와(3050 ti) 전용 외장 egpu(XG Mobile)를 사용할 수 있다는 점입니다. 이런 고사양 때문에 실질적으로 데스크탑을 대체하여 사용하고 있습니다.

현재 심각한 버그는 절전모드나 화면 꺼짐 등에서 복귀하면 인텔 내장 그래픽카드의 성능이 매우 떨어집니다.(유튜브 4k재생도 어려워집니다) 재부팅 하면 괜찮습니다만 매우 불편하며 항상 RTX 3050 Ti 를 사용하게끔 됩니다. 그리고 대부분 노트북의 인텔 내장은 벤더 자체 드라이버를 사용하는데 Asus 의 인텔 내장 드라이버는 업데이트가 거의 안되고 있습니다.

3. Port configuration that is too simple for the specification.

4. For the lighting effect of Asus, a strange part is mounted on the back, which is very inconvenient to use and move, and contributes to the price increase of the product.

5. not perfect software support from Asus.

6. Only the dedicated charger is support to 100W charging, others are limited to 60W charging.

7. There are a lot of glitches, especially when using a tablet stand or arm and squelch the pad to hold it in place, and there is a story that warps the tablet. I contacted Asus Korea and they just told me not to use the tablet stand arm. Is it a tablet...? Durability is highly questionable...

Nowadays many bugs, frequent breakdowns, and low-level QC are causing buyers to use it with great pain and anxiety. In particular, the connection between the screen and the body is not solid, so if you touch this part, you may hear a sound. It is not attached with a bond like a smartphone, but is simply attached. It is difficult for individuals to disassemble.

Nevertheless, what makes it usable is that it is the only high-end tablet among the tablets and can use a high-end gpu (3050 ti) and a dedicated external egpu (XG Mobile). Because of these high specifications, it is practically used as a replacement for the desktop.

A serious bug is that the performance of the Intel integrated graphics core is very poor when returning from sleep mode or screen off now. (even YouTube 4k playback becomes difficult). currently solution is rebooting , but it is very inconvenient, and I always use the RTX 3050 Ti. And most of the laptop's built-in Intel drivers use the vendor's own drivers, but Asus's Intel built-in drivers are rarely updated.

희망사항.

1. oculink 용 허브

애초에 출시 했을 때 oculink 용 허브를 같이 제공하거나 판매해서 TB4 포트나 다른 포트들을 추가로 사용 할 수 있게 해주었다면 매우 인기가 좋았을 것이라 생각하지만 Asus 측에서 XGM 의 판매량에 영향을 줄까 아무런 악세사리도 발매하지 않은 것으로 보입니다만 XGM 의 가격은 180만원 입니다. XGM과 Z13 둘 다 구매 시 400이 넘어가는 가격입니다. 이 가격에 이런 QC를!?

2. 후면의 괴상하게 튀어나온 유리창 삭제.

3. 분해가 간단 하고 튼튼하게 설계 하면 안됩니까? 아니면 QC를 잘 하셨어야... Asus님?

그냥 LED 바 하나 만들어서 그걸로 불빛 효과 만들었다면 더 좋았을 것입니다. 어떤 놈이 멍청하게 이걸 기획했습니까?

What we want from Asus.

1. Hub for oculink port.

When it was initially released, it would have been very popular if it provided or sold the hub for oculink so that the TB4 port or other ports could be used additionally, but Asus did not release any accessories because it would affect the sales of XGM(only my thought). It seems that the price of XGM is $1,299 at Asus official store. Both the XGM and Z13 cost is 3,299.99 ( at the amazon ) to purchase. QC like this at this price!?

2. Remove the stupid protruding glass window at the backside.

3. Shouldn't it be designed to be easily disassembled and sturdy? Or you should have done a good QC... Asus?

It would have been better if I just made an LED bar and made a light effect with it. Who stupidly designed this?
