Dell System Intermittent Freeze

I'm using the Alienware Area 51m and was very concerned about the intermittent freezing of the laptop.

I often experience a system freeze for 1-2 seconds.

I contacted Dell USA, but they recommended a clean reinstall of Windows. It useless(If you don't know the cause, I think it could happen again), so I tried to find out what the problem was.

What I learned from the event log..

1. During the freezing time, all program information installed in the system was reconstructed within 1-2 seconds. Freezing seems to have occurred because it is processing too many tasks at the same time. (Depending on the number of installed programs, there may be no freezing or a difference in freezing time.)

2. I found that freezing does not occur in game mode of Windows.

본인은 Alienware Area 51m 을 사용중이고 간헐적인 노트북의 멈춤(프리징) 때문에 무척 신경 쓰이고 있었습니다.

아주 가끔 이며 1~2초 정도 시스템이 멈추는 경험을 하였습니다.

Dell 본사에 문의해보았지만 윈도우 순정 재설치를 추천 하더군요. 

도움이 안되어 직접 어떠한 문제가 있는지 알아보고자 하였습니다.

이벤트 로그를 통해 알아낸 사실

1. 프리징이 일어나는 시간동안 시스템 에 설치된 모든 프로그램 정보의 재구성이 1~2초내에 발생하였습니다. 순간 너무 많은 작업을 처리하기때문에 프리징이 발생했던 것으로 보입니다. (설치된 프로그램 갯수에 따라 프리징이 없거나 프리징 시간 차이가 날 것으로 생각됩니다)

2. 게임모드에서는 프리징이 발생하지 않는다는 것을 발견하였습니다.

이러한 원인으로 원인을 찾아보았고 아래의 해당 서비스들이 저러한 무식한 행위를 계속 반복하고 있었습니다.

It is a service called Dell Data Valut. There are three services, and if you shut down the processors through "End Task" for these services, there is no more system freezing.

It is annoying to shut it down every time, so you can go to the service list and disable it in the service properties.

Solution: If you are not using Dell Support Assist, I recommend that you uninstall the software. (But, I recommended to keep the Dell and Alienware Update)

Since these programs are commonly installed on Dell systems, they do not belong only to Alienware, so I wrote Dell System in the title.

Dell Data Valut 라는 서비스인데 3개의 서비스가 있으며 이 서비스들을 "작업 끝내기" 를 통해 프로세서들을 종료시킨다면 더 이상의 시스템 프리징은 없습니다.

매번 종료하기는 귀찮으니 서비스 목록에 가셔서 해당 서비스 속성에서 사용 안함을 설정하시면 됩니다.

해결 방법: Dell Support Assist 를 사용하지 않으신다면 소프트웨어를 삭제하시는게 좋습니다. (델, Alienware Update 는 유지하는게 좋습니다)

해당 프로그램은 델 시스템 공통으로 설치되는 프로그램들이라 Alienware 에만 속하지 않아서 제목에 델 시스템이라고 적었습니다.
